Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon-Hermitage by IHG

We would give this hotel 10 stars if we could. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet, great amenities, friendly service! We were welcomed with a smile and offered free cookies, popcorn, ice cream and of course the 24-hr coffee bar. We had a king suite, got the veterans discount and we are also long-time IHG members. The room was spacious and had everything one would need. The pool area is great! Breakfast was higher quality than most and included a vegetable blend which was so not usual and so appreciated. There is a feel here of health consciousness. Would definitely stay here again! It was a great night’s sleep! A multitude of restaurants are just a few miles away. Holiday Inn is really stepping up their game! Great job!

Although the front desk staff was awesome, the hotel and rooms are very dated. The sofa and other upholstered furniture was badly worn, and the carpet in the room didn't look clean (perhaps it's time to go to LVT). The room appeared clean, but the fact that it is very dated it was hard to tell. The bed was comfortable. The area leading to the pool and fitness areas had a noticeable odor. The breakfast was sufficient, however, the worker who prepared and set it up did a great job in maintaining a clean area for guests. The pool was having regular maintenance done, but we were only staying overnight so that wasn't a problem. I truly appreciate the fact that the hotel does NOT allow pets other than service animals. Unfortunately, we have pet allergies and do not like the idea that a pet

I had a really nice experience at this particular Holiday Inn Express and Suites. I stayed here for four nights. Every evening/night was nice, I slept well without issues. My first evening (this was not a huge deal) the heating unit was blowing cool air even while the thermostat on the wall was set for 70. I noticed a A4 on the heating unit. I mentioned this to the hotel manager, he came up right away and reset both the heating unit and thermostat on the wall, once relinked together the issue was resolved! The rest of my stay was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts each day were wonderful, and the selection of foods were satisfying to me. Each evening they had complimentary popcorn, cookies and ice cream when I walked in, which was really nice, especially after working a lon

Excellent stay over the President's Day weekend. All staff friendly to the extreme, and breakfast was not only fresh, but quite delicious (not typical for free breakfasts). Evening cookies and ice cream always appreciated. Will definitely be back, this has become our favorite Hermitage Hotel! Thank you!
