Palms RV Park

Lived at this park for almost 3 years. Never had a issue, if you ever have any issues the park managers are always on it or at least know someone who can help! Definitely recommend for a short or long term stay, always quiet over there and working restroom/showers and laundry room with excellent prices.

I have stayed here 3 or 4 times over the past few years while working nearby, and would stay here again. The management is great, always remembers me when I call about availability, and always available through text or phone call. Full hookups, spots are kept clean and grass is mowed every week. Laundry and showers also available. Conveniently located to nearby worksites, HEB and Walmart a few minutes away, along with nearby gyms and restaurants. Definitely worth a stay especially if traveling for work.

Was in the park for 5 days. Met some nice full time as park has many in it. A bit run down but still kept up nicely and would stay again. Grassy area between pads and full hook-ups. Overall nice park. They have shower and laundry but didn't check them out.

This is a very nice and clean park! I'd say, most of the residents are here long term. The park is well maintained with plenty of space between sites. Nice showers and laundry! No cable or pool though, but the Wi-Fi is very good. I'll stay here again. Management has been very nice and helpful. Pretty close to Kemah and the Space Center. I'd give it 5 stars if it had cable and a pool.

Wifi doesn’t work so you best pay for your own or find another park with free, reliable internet and it is under new ownership. Lots of noise at night, especially Friday and Saturday’s due to the main road beside the park (people like to use it as a drag strip, but can’t nock the park for that). Lot of full time people live here. Just wish they would be more upfront about issues.
