Galveston Bay RV Resort and Marina

We spent 5 nights at Galveston RV & Marina Resort in Dickinson, TX, and had a great stay. Our site (#71) had a spectacular view of both the sunrise and sunset over the bayou—absolutely beautiful. It was also a convenient commute for my husband, who was working at JSC for the week. The park was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff (Kathy) and a laid-back vibe. Several of the year round residents were quick to offer assistance. George does a great job keeping the grounds up. We’ll definitely be back! We appreciated the personal touch offered by the owner Tom and office manager, Nancy.

Beautiful property on Dickinson Bayou. Great fishing, birding, swimming and community life. Staff is very friendly, available and easy to work with. Great place to visit or stay a while, you'll love it. I know we do ♥️

The staff here was really nice when I first got here. They recently replaced many washers and dryers and doubled the price. No longer a convenience for residents. Cheaper to go to the local laundromat. The new management is rude and has little tact and makes no effort to get to know yhe residents. I used to save money and pay cash and enjoyed going into the office and talking with Kathy. Now I purposefully pay extra to pay online and avoid them. The wifi they provide is spotty at best. I cannot even have my phone and TV on wifi without one bogging down. For all the reasons I started staying here I am looking for other options.

Our New Home Away From Home What a find. :) When I called to make a reservation I felt very comfortable with the staff. They were very accommodating of our puppies too. This is one of the nicest properties we have visited in our travels. They are EASILY our new "Number One" when it comes to RV Resorts. The people that were camping here were very helpful and considerate. We are so thankful to have found this resort. Our stay was a total pleasure and we look forward to booking again in a few weeks. :)

The facilities are very well kept! Two pools, laundry and showers, a gym and office area..everything is so nice! The manager, Annie, is fantastic! She absolutely does an amazing job! Very kind, extremely helpful, and definitely an incredible asset to this gorgeous resort! I truly love living here. It’s a beautiful oasis right on the bay.
