Palms By The Beach

Do NOT stay here! I paid for a month plus deposit and 250 pet deposit for my little dog. Moved all of my stuff in and left for an hour and while I was gone they called and told me to come get my things, that I couldn't stay there and wouldn't give me a reason nor would they give me my money back. I know it wasn't my dog because she was with me. This place is fun by horrible people

This resort needs some updating compared to the other properties in the area. It needs a snack bar or restaurant for guests besides 2 vending machines. Maybe a tv in the lobby for people. The room we had was a bit smaller than the one we had last year though it still had 1 bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The ocean view is gorgeous.

First, The staff is extremely friendly and super family oriented!! They love the kids here. 2nd, The location? Super convenient to gas stations, local walmart and lots of food places! Totally recommend this hotel!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Very high traffic, pretty sure our room diagonal from us was prostituting their self or doing drugs. No room cleaning. The one lady was nice at check in. Can’t sleep here everyone was loud. The lady was outside yelling at midnight and some guy knocked on our door looking for their “white friend.” Pool looks like it doesn’t get cleaned often. The location was great only across the street to the ocean. You only get one towel and one wash cloth.

The service from the staff was really great. They gave me a great deal on a room. The room was really clean compared to other rooms at other hotels that I have been to. Very nice and clean. No problems with Wi-Fi. Staff was very nice and polite. Location to the beach is nice and in walking distance no problem getting there. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Has a nice pool very family oriented.
