Palisades RV Park

Very good people. The owners are extremely helpful. The office staff are Pleasant and polite. We stayed there for a week when we had to be in Albuquerque taking care of an elderly relative. It was a nice stay. When we came back through they let us dump our tank for free.

We arrived and was assigned a spot near the bathrooms. The bathrooms and showers were disgusting and filthy. The men's only had one working toilet and the women's was so dirty, razor blade on shower floor and the sink only had a dribble of cold water coming from faucet when wide open. We both refused to use these bathroom/ shower room. When we went to check out, we talked to the manager and she said they only clean the showers once a day and the cleaning person would not be in for a couple hours. This was at 9:00AM in the morning. Please be aware of the dirty conditions. The manager was not willing to make any adjustments.

I kinda had some beliefs from not really knowing about this RV park. Until I rented here. And I’m pretty pleased with the experience. Lynette is so helpful and does a lot to make the customers feel comfortable and safe! I’m pretty happy that we end up staying. It’s very quiet, there’s no violence, you don’t have people bothering and there’s no theft!

I don't have any idea what this place should be like. I do know I wouldn't stay there if you paid me. I have friends staying there, and they were treated horribly. Not by management, but by tenant's there. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anybody! I was truly afraid of being injured, or crippled, or killed there! At one time it was really a nice place, but time has taken its toll on this place. Albuquerque Police Department can give you a rundown on them also. Just keep your head on a swivel while you're there. I call em like I see them.

To go long with the comments before. this place is always look like crap its always been shitty. They had no open spaces to stay there (right now) because everything was reserved for Balloon Fiesta. (2 months away) whenever I need a place to put my HOME. I even explained I have 2 kids and WANTED to be THERE, Because it's convenient school bus stop. But after reading these reviews I think I look for something nicer.
