Palatine Motel

Disgusting rooms filled with bed bugs, roaches and spiders. The toilets flood and fill the floors with feces water. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional when it comes to addressing these matters.

I called and asked for a clean quiet room with a good bed, and Joey promised and delivered. Good job Joey! Room 8. Thin walls, bring ear plugs. Joey has been a true god send. On Thursday I found myself in one of the worst situations of my life, I called every hotel motel from rotterdam to palentine, joe was the only one that without hesitation opened his only room available for myself, my son and my dog. Sense that day he has been up front with me about how long I can stay and empathic that it can't be more. The room is clean, the ppl here are quite and friendly. We could of spent our Christmas in a much worse place but Joe had helped me and my son with our new start and a peace of mind knowing we had someplace to be warm safe and feed. Thank you Joe for all you have done for us.

If I could give this motel zero stars trust me I would. To start things off as soon as I came to check into his hotel he made me walk around in the heat of 80 plus degrees and proceeds to tell me the room still wasn't ready after he already told Social Services it was and that I couldn't sit down at any of his picnic tables and hang around his property until after 3 pm I arrived at the hotel at 9am. He said and I quote " You are on DSS I could throw you on the street if I want to and these people are annoying me already". I am disabled and very very sick and he made me walk around Palentine for 6 hours and told me if I didn't like it to sleep on the street and lied and said the room was ready.
