My stay was about a year ago or so. ||||I had a good experience. I helped out with work. He's very family oriented. The site is in development and was in development when I was there. The owner at the core of his being is a very heart felt guy. Obviously one has to put themselves first in this world to care for others but he really is a reflectively monstrous kind soul. He treated me good and at that time in my recovery I didn't see that. Over-all though I think he's a solid man. No business is perfect and penny pinching especially during an up and coming business is something that is a necessity. Advantages on the motel- • It is completely renovated • The rooms are clean, cozy, and efficient. • The rooms offer a bed, dresser, ac unit, table & chairs, retro mini fridge, and shower unit • There's outdoor seating • Great place for walks and hikes • Beautiful view of the river • Great owner who loves to help out • Zero tolerance as far as alcohol, smoking, drugs, weapons, violence, etc.

I know in the beginning that I said I like this place. I kind of lied for the owner here. The staff here sucks. Nobody knows what they’re doing. The housekeeper does not know how to clean up room. My toilet was off for two weeks and I was paying cash for my room. I had to use a different bathroom. The owner here does not know what he’s doing and neither does the staff. The owner acts like he’s some big shot and he’s not so does the rest of the staff. The staff here is very lazy. They don’t do anything. They don’t help out their customers at all after beds are not even on frames half of their beds sit on floors. Above all I give this place zero effort for anything. One star all around and board.

Stayed here for 12 days, there’s bad points and good points. The heating was amazing. Beds comfy. ||||Not very clean, does not serve breakfast as stated. The manger on the day after we arrived told me they would not enter the room unless we requested to be cleaned. I said every other day to be cleaned. That didn't happen. I got my bedsheets from the handyman and borrowed a brush from outside. Wasn’t the cleanest of places. But with some talc be a beautiful place. They need real house keeping not a man that’s doing everything from cleaning to fixing things and making rooms. ||||I stayed with my children and my partner. We had double mattress what was on a king frame but hey ho it worked. The other bed was a bit mismatch somebody had sharpie’d the mattress. The bed sheets was all new. ||||W

My boyfriend and I got one room and realized the door has been kicked in once and wouldn't lock. The sink was clogged and the heater didn't work. So they moved us to a slightly nicer room which was a lot better until I asked for clean towels. Which apparently they do not provide. I was told that I had to supply my own towels as well as toilet paper. And wash the towels they had in my room. Makes me question of the bedsheets ever get washed. Thankfully we had our own blankets so never used theirs. There is obviously drug users that live here because it's quiet here until around 9-10 at night. Then the vagrants come out and you have to have your t.v. turned all the way up to drown out the obnoxious people that live here... I paid $260 For a week and I'm still trying to find out what I paid F
