Page Boy Motel

Very enjoyable night. Room was clean and outdoor seating area was a great place to socialize and enjoy a beer with freands and family. Price is amazing compared to corporate hotels in Page.

Customer service is terrible. Room has no hot water. They said you have to let the water run for 30 minutes. |Refrigerator doesn't work and they argued with me and said it just has to be plugged in. It IS plugged in and does not get cold. |Rooms are the worse of the worst and service is rude. ||There is not a good part of the stay. |Very low quality I don't care how old a motel is. |Get better help and make sure the accusations are adequate.||They shouldn't be allowed to have a business license.

I am writing in regards to a horrible customer service experience by Lake Canyon Hotel who committed FRAUD by charging my credit card without my consent. I booked the room thru www.booking.com||I checked into the Lake Canyon Hotel on Thursday, May 30th in Page, Arizona.||Here is when the issues developed.||1) We had no hot water and they told us to let the water run for an hour.||2) We did as instructed and still had no hot water, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US A NEW ROOM. ||3) Friday morning, woke up to NO hot water, a toilet that ran all night and an air conditioning unit that rattled all night.||4) I went to the front desk and requested a new room with hot water, once again they would not give us a new room. ||5) I told them without hot water, I would be leaving the hotel. The room smelled of mold. The property was trashy and unclean. The room itself was unclean. Customer service is horrible. There are sketchy people hanging around outside during late hours doing who knows what. You will get no sleep because the music playing next to the motel is incredibly loud playing all night. Not kid friendly at all. The room is not as described online, they are purposely misleading people. If they are doing this to charge people more money then scamming is definitely their intention. So beware so you don’t get scammed as well. It states “double room” however it was definitely a single. When these problems were brought to their attention all they could say was “no refunds” which I’m sure is because these are common complaints. No accountability was taken for any of it.

As a single woman traveling, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and taken care of. This is an older motel, but OMGOODNESS, they have done everything to make it feel clean and cozy. The bed was soft yet supportive, there were no chemical smells from the cleaning agents, no cigarette smoke smell, they clean the courtyard daily… honestly, I am happy to stay here any time I am in the area! Thank you all!
