Pack Saddle Motel

The staff was nice, the rooms weren't as clean as you'd expect. We had to take the bedding from the pull out sofa to the office because it was so dirty. Any handiwork done was obviously not professional. And it was highly overpriced for the quality of the room.

BUG INFESTATION!!!! Had to get a room here for two nights for a last minute trip and this was the only place with an available room. It was cheap and the owners are clearly trying to update it so it didn’t matter to me since they’re trying. However, walk into the room and immediately see a roach on the floor and dresser. Lift the bed comforter and guess what, three roaches go scattering. Over my two nights I killed over a dozen roaches and numerous other crickets, flys, and wasps. The roaches were the worst though. They were constantly being found on the bed, furniture, and walls. They also don’t care to clean properly cause you look under the bed and there’s dead insects everywhere. I felt so disgusted I slept on top of the comforter and bagged my clothes so as to not bring anything home.

I've stayed at this place on several occasions and the owners are very courteous and helpful. Clean rooms and upgrades aren't just noticed by me but other guests. Thanks

I honestly wasn't expecting much but the people running this motel have gone well beyond good and attentive service. I lived in motels for 11 years when I was a traveling salesman and I know good service more than anyone I've stayed in THOUSANDS of motels. The owners have addressed any issues I've had and I could not be more impressed. I rarely write reviews but the bedding is clean and the owners have gone beyond good service in my book. I highly recommend this motel.

Pretty sketchy. People are living in this place. Felt like I had to sleep with a gun at the ready. Called and made a reservation. Upon arrival, was told that the person in that room "hadn't moved out". Found me a room, but people were milling around outside the windows most of the night. Seriously considered leaving and sleeping in my vehicle.
