Oyster Bay Inn & Suites

The rooms were immaculate and the view was beautiful. The gentleman who welcomed me on my check-in night was kind and helpful. However, the service following was not good. I only stayed one night due to the beds being too firm for me. I was polite and delicate upon explaining this to the woman at the front desk and she was clearly unhappy with me and unhelpful, literally waving me off and did not provide me with a receipt or check out slip of any kind. Since then I have reached out multiple times over the last couple of weeks to get my refund for the three nights I did not stay, and the property has not answered me OR the agency I booked through about refunding my money. Other than the hard beds, my only negatives were that the towels were frayed, and the aircon unit was very loud, const

This hotel is totally unexpected based off the ratings. I have been all over the world and stayed in some of the best hotels but this hotel meets it with a family owned vibe and a terrific staff. The King Suite is updated and well worth the price. Added bonus is the views and they deliver a full service breakfast, to include a great biscuits and gravy, to your room for free each morning. Well worth the money if you are coming up to the Bremerton area.

They have done well with the renovations. Nice and clean! I would definitely recommend staying here in Bremerton. Also has a great view of Oyster Bay. If they were to ever reopen the old restaurant, it would definitely be better any other hotel on this side of the Puget Sound.

We reserved the smaller Community room for a Celebration of Life and it was absolutely PERFECT. About 50 people. Staff were responsive to our needs and helped us with a smile. Room has 2 large windows looking over the bay. Beautiful tables, couches and lounge chairs. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for making our event memorable. Much appreciated.
