Below average experience. Clean and one friendly person at the desk earned them their two stars. I can't give them anymore because there was no hot water and I had a TV with a blue screen, plus a very rude person at the desk the day after. There's plenty of hotels in a similar price range close. Try your luck somewhere else.
Absolutely awful. Desk staff had an attitude, room reeked of menthol (I could still taste it 18 hrs later), smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and wasn’t even in the room, bathroom door was all ripped and shredded on the bottom, bathtub was rotted and moldy, didn’t trust the bed enough to get in it. Ended up putting my own blanket down over the bed to sleep on top of it with my own pillows too. Just go to the Red Roof Inn down the street.
Stayed 3 days here at hell. Bed bugs ate me up roaches in bathroom Flys in room microwave doesn't spin nor have a tray bathroom door doesn't shut and has sharp screws sticking out all over i have 2 young kids it's hard to keep them safe in here. Went to open the door to leave and the handle ripped off from the inside had to find their screw and reinstall handle myself. Holes in walls, the TV didn't work half the the time, and phone doesnt work at all. The time beds were stained and dirty room 102 don't go. Actually, just don't even come here do yourself a favor either buy a real motel or sleep in your car you'll be much better off. OYO = on your own
The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room however needed some deep cleaning, and the area was sketchy. I stayed awake until about 3 am and got 3 hrs of rest because I was up every five minutes. The beds aren't horrible, but need to be updated. I didn't see any bed bugs, but I can't say they weren't there......the bathtub had sand in it, the refrigerator was disgusting, and I didn't look in the microwave. The room smelled horribly of cigarettes and caused some serious allergy issues in the kids. I just had to get the baby out of the car seat for awhile or I would've kept going. I had reservations at the Comfort Inn down the road but they don't allow trailer parking unless you pay 15$ for it. It was not stated in the booking policy so I took what was available in the area.
First they asked for $25 cash security deposit that was not advertised online. The room smelled like cigarettes and cleaning product. The door locks were both broken. AC wasn't working properly. Fire detector was covered with a plastic bag. Everything was nasty. I couldn't sleep and the hotel smell stuck on my stuff even after I went to another better hotel. It felt degrading staying there. The only reason I stayed that night is because I had to, no more rooms anywhere nearby due to activity in the city.
