Delta Hotels by Marriott Wichita Falls Convention Center

We love stopping at the bar at the Delta Hotel. My husband and I both work downtown, and it’s perfectly convenient since we drive past it on our way home. The bartenders are true professionals—friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at their craft. The drinks are consistently excellent and easily some of the best in town. It’s become our go-to spot to unwind after a long day, and we’re always impressed by the quality and service. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful hotel experience! Front desk personnel were outstanding & took "customer service" seriously. |The hotel makes a statement when front doors open. NEAT, CLEAN, & WELCOMING!||Check in was easy. Elevators to 7th floor room were clean and FAST!||There were a number or overnight guests there.|Our room was CLEAN, nice bed linens, fluffy towels, clean shower glass.||Overall, this was a wonderful stay. Delta - Wichita Falls - my hat is off to you on taking care of hotel business well.||(The bar area now, was a bit different. Where are you supposed to order drinks? We were seated at a table by the bar & were never acknowledged. I went to the bar, stood there while some videographer had every employee enamored! Finally, I got to order 10 minutes prior to our impending dinner

Positive: Friendliness of staff. Good beds. Great shower. A/C was great Negative: No ice in the ice machine- big disappointment!Room entry was extremely dirty!

Honestly can’t believe that they employ the people that they do at this location. Especially if you ever run into Mrs. D, just walk away. She is rude, and when she went into the other room we could hear her talk about us. We just stood there in disbelief. The rooms smelled musty, and when we tried to move rooms, Mrs.D gave us the worst attitude! So disappointed in our entire experience with this location that we ended up cancelling the rest of our reservation and ordering an Airbnb. Don’t end up like us!

I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the check-in process was. Exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The room was very clean with a modern, updated look that made the stay comfortable. I also had a chance to try the steakhouse and bar on-site. Both were solid options with good food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return.
