OYO Hotel Mobile AL I-10

If I could rate 0stars I would. OYO. To me it stands for On Your Own because there's no customer service. They act like they don't speak English and assign you a room without inspecting it first. The first one had a water leak with water all over the floor with electrical wires exposed. The second one the AC didn't work. The third one was tolerable. The pool has been a sess pool for years. The police like to show up frequently. They only give out one towel and one washcloth per guest. And they don't have comforters on the bed. Just a sheet. I understand it's cheap but they could do the bare minimum

First , I’m not ever a person to leave a bad review. But Terrible place ! We get there the ac did not work and there was drugs in the room that we were checked into. We said that to the owner and he told us there were not enough rooms to get a new room, mind you me and my husband had our 2 year old daughter with us. We decided to just check out and go home 5 hours away, then they refused to refund us for the room. I also tried to contact a higher up and they hung up in my face! Do not recommend!!

My stay here with my children was very pleasant. The rooms are clean and cute the bathrooms are clean with large stand up showers 😍 the staff is available. Their Customer service on point. There wasn't any noise. We were able to have a very restful night. So, overall ,extremely great quality here. Oh and of course no bugs✌🌎

Terrible. We have stayed a lot of places over the years but this is by far the worst place I have ever encountered. It is incredible people are allowed to collect money for this house of horrors. We weren't expecting much but this experience we will not forget for awhile. The girl at the front desk did give us some form of towel and toilet paper upon arrival. The first room had no pillow cases and it was obvious someone had already been on the bed, nothing was clean so we returned and she gave us a key to try another. It wasn't any better so we got the idea and didn't bother , we would have left if my partner wasn't exhausted or if I thought there was a chance they would return our money. Second room ; Cigarette burns in the blanket, stained sheets, one pillow had a very distinct dirty foo

We stayed at this cozy inn right off the highway and honestly have never felt more at home! Thaddeus was very welcoming when we came into the office to check into our suite she gave us towels and toilet paper to take to our rooms. When we got to the rooms there were encouraging messages left all throughout the room. Also, We made several new friends throughout our stay with the locals hanging around the establishment. The walk in shower had great water pressure and we just loved all the cute lamps and luxurious curtains in both rooms we booked. They have a large swimming pool and no bugs! Will definitely be returning to this little slice of heaven.. our home away from home.
