What a great a place! We traveled with our 2 kids and we enjoyed the bunkbeds (their first experience) and the hot tub was a great addition to enjoy the stars and relax after the hikes. The place had everything we needed. It was pristine, cozy and you can't beat the view from the large patio-balcony. The hosts were very attentive and helped us navigate the area and pick trails since it was our first time in Utah exploring Zion and Bryce canyons. Their website has a ton of great information. We'd definitely love to come back! Thank you for hosting us!

OK just stop looking now and book it! This place is honestly AMAZING. It's super updated (we thought it was brand new) and has absolutely everything you need. The hot tub was very easy to use and the view from there and the balcony simply cannot be beat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was just so clean and nice. There is a pantry of things like salt, pepper, coffee filters, spices, etc. which is a nice touch. The hosts recommended a taco food truck and another food truck called Archie's and both of them were OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD! Easy access to Zion and Bryce Canyon (the drive to Zion Visitor's Center from the house is about 45 min and maybe the most beautiful drive we've ever taken). Stop reading this and just book it - before we do again!

This was a great place to stay in an amazing location. Close to Zion and not far from Bryce National Parks, we used this as a landing pad for our adventures for several days and the lodging has its own lovely views. The hosts thought of everything! The Casita was new & clean with great amenities including a deck with great views, a fire pit for the chiller nights and a hot tub which we took full advantage of after our hikes. We couldn't have asked for a better location or more helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Everything is new and pristine. Great location for visiting Zion or Bryce. Very quiet and private. Loved having hot tub and laundry facilities after long days at the parks. Highly recommend. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Easy to communicate with owners, check in was great. 10 stars.

Vanessa and Alex’s carriage house was AWESOME! Everything was updated and immaculate. Easy to communicate with—in fact our ETA was much later than we first anticipated and they went and made sure the lights were on so we wouldn’t arrive to a dark home. When I say everything was updated I mean EVERYTHING. we did one load of laundry—yup and it was great the washer and dryer were both so quiet I had to look twice to make sure it was on (lol). Our kids LOVED it and it’s about 30 mins to the entrance to Zion and about 60-90 minutes to the visitor center depending on traffic. They have a cute cafe from the 1940s near by, Thunderbird Restaurant. I would definitely recommend Vanessa and Alex’s carriage house—especially for a family of 4. We would definitely book again.
