Beautiful scenery, so quiet, great location for hiking, a short drive to Zion National Park. Easy to find. WiFi is fast, parking directly outside. Fully equipped kitchen, big TVs, AC, comfortable furniture and beds. The patio has a fire pit, barbecue and hot tub although we didn't get a chance to use these. The property feels brand new and has everything needed for short or long stays. Lots of room, good for couples or families. Solo travellers might find it too remote. Groceries and restaurants are available within 15-60 minutes but better to shop in a larger supermarket beforehand so you are prepared. There is a big, well-organised information folder on arrival and a very handy phone app. Overall a fantastic spot.

This place was a perfect home base for our hiking and exploring. We visited Bryce Canyon and Kanab and many places in between. The home was sparkling clean, the living area restful, the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen nicely appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The deck was private with a great view, including on one side a westerly sunset view! Below in a very private setting was a nice and clean hot tub, a fire pit and even lounge chairs for star viewing - of which there were many! We’d definitely use this place again when in the area. It was exactly enough to make our travels comfortable.
