This home was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The property is located in between Bryce and Zion Canyon, making it a perfect house for those wanting to visit both parks during their stay. Alex and Vanessa were prompt with their responses and made themselves available during our trip. Will definitely book again.

This was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. It was beautifully furnished and decorated and very well equipped with household and bath items. The outdoor space was wonderful and the views incredible, especially at sunset. The home is very private and the location can seem a little ‘middle of nowhere’, but it is actually very nicely situated between Zion and Bryce Canyons and has the city of Kanab with some nice restaurants nearby, as well as a number of other attractions. We hope to visit again.

This is the place to stay - perfectly located and a perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking and exploring. The home is everything we hoped for - comfortable, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. And the views are perfection. We’d definitely return for a stay. Cliffs Edge was the perfect home base for exploring southern Utah. 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 60 minutes from Bryce National Park, plus many other sites to explore. After a day of hiking it was a perfect location to relax and watch the sun set from its deck! While it may look remote there are actually a number of restaurants, gas stations and stores nearby. Wi-fi was excellent as was phone reception. The hosts were great at communicating and there were no issues. We had four adults (my wife, two daughters and myself) and everyone had plenty of room. All in all a great place for a family vacation.

Stunning Airbnb and great service. We were there in winter and they even sent someone to remove the snow. Home is very well stocked with everything you need. Would love to stay here again!
