The hotel and room looked as if it was time for renovations and for the climate equipment to be cleaned/replaced, as they smelled of smoke, looked, and felt old. At least it was quiet for the night that we stayed and cleaned. Plus the location was convenient given that it was on Colonial Drive - not much of a drive from where one needed to go in suburban Orlando.

My mistake was reading the previous reviews before our stay. We were there for 1 night for Rolling Stones concert. That hotel was so clean and manicured, from the parking lot to the landscaping. Not in a bad area at all, no prostitutes...it can compare to any 5 star hotel. Floors were shiny clean. Location was perfect. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you. Those people with bad reviews probably complain about everything. Go.

Stayed here this past weekend for the funk fest 2024. The dirtiest dated and dusty hotel ever. The bathroom has mold and mildew on the floor and ceiling. Triggered my allergies and asthma. A spider was crawling around on the bed. Sheets and blankets very old. Microwave didn't work.. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Renovations are much needed

I have never stayed in such a disgusting hotel room. The rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was hair everywhere- in the shower, the floor, the bed and even on the walls (see pictures). The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and there was dust and plastic left on the floors. When speaking with the manager he was polite but didn’t seem to care much. He gave me a key to a different room, which had the exact same level on cleanliness- none. How Best Western can allow this is beyond me. I highly urge guests thinking of staying here to reconsider.

Rooms where very clean. The vlankets do need to be thrown away and new bought. We where in a non smoking room and the blankets had huge cigarette burn marks and holes all over them. The a/c worked awesome, kept room nice and cold. They need updated for the price but overall we had a wonderful night. It was quiet and calm. Friendly people and staff. We would go ba knife need be. The only down side was trying to get food delivery.. but that's not the hotels fault.
