Orlando Palms Hotel

The location of this hotel wasn't too bad. It was close to the Florida Mall within walking distance. The hotel itself wasn't great the room was basic all we needed as this was a last minute booking due to our flights being canceled. It was hard to get things we needed extra towels, pillows and soap for our stay. The property seemed very unorganized. The best part to this entire stay was one of the hotels employees. Her name was Baby and she made the stay as pleasant as she could. Every evening we came back we were always hoping to see her just to say hi. She was a great employee treated us really good during our stay also adding in a little comedy and being very personable. She would be the type of employee any business would be lucky to have. Although we won't probably ever see you again

My daughter and I arrived at this hotel. The air was thick in the place. I didn’t think anything of it. I went out to the market and when I came back , my daughter had the ac unit on. The air was filled with mist and we were both coughing and unable to breathe well. There was an air purifier machine on the floor that was plugged in and on. I asked about this situation at the desk. The person admitted to knowing about a ac leak and nothing was done. The room was in poor condition. The carpets were old, outdated and stained and the walls were dirty and unkept. We booked another hotel and left immediately. They are processing a refund but my advice, do not go to this hotel. If we stayed overnight, I’m not sure we would be breathing g by morning.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling through Orlando. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which is exactly what you want when you’re stopping overnight before an early flight. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s extremely convenient, especially for travelers. Being only about a 7-minute drive from Orlando International Airport made our morning departure stress-free. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel still felt calm and comfortable, allowing us to rest properly. The staff truly made the experience stand out. If you can stay away from this place please stay away this hotel is a nightmare. First night I was here fire alarm went off every 15-30 minutes all the way till 2:30 am when the firefighters finally decided to show up. First night also no hot water to shower with. Next morning also no hot water. Tried speaking to the manager. No manager in sight. Second night again no hot water. Third morning wake up you guessed it no hot water. At third day here no house keeping has been done. I kindly request house keeping and no one shows up. 4th morning finally hot water 4 evening get back from work surprise no house keeping. I’m checking out on the 5th day and still no house keeping. I wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t have hot water on my last morning here. Everyday you have to pass my the lobby to g
