Orlando East Inn & Suites

I really love this hotel. During the hurricanes, it was difficult to get TSA housing with other hotels, and they were rude assuming they had so many people, but this hotel was far from being alike those other hotels. When my family and I came, we were met with such kind staff and managers. If there was any issues, they fixed them promptly and without malice. The staff are funny and the area is quiet. I enjoy how there are many places around it, but you don't hear the hum of the city. I really enjoyed staying here. Well worth the price and there is complimentary breakfast and a pool. There is never a dull moment and for that, I thank ya'll for such care.

Stayed here overnight because it was close to the Addition Financial Arena for a concert. Its close to the highway, suited it's purpose well. Service was good- both gentlemen for check-in/ check-out were friendly and kind. The room was clean enough but had a bit of a smell. Felt safe, plenty of locks and things to block the door with. The check-out process was as simple as handing over the keys, but for check-in, I had to pay a $100 non-smoking fee on my card even though I'd booked the room months in advance and paid in full with my card? So I'm hoping there are no issues getting that back from my bank as I'm not a smoker! Other than that it was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend this place for a quick stop on your travels or for an overnight event where you don't want to drive home!

I loved staying at this hotel! I came with a $50 coupon at 3 am and no reservation. They gave me a very low price on the spot and they honored my coupon. The host did not know how to enter the coupon but quickly problem-solved about taking a picture to ask the people on the morning shift to discount my rate. When I got to the front desk in the morning everything was taken care of as he said. Great room with floors that are easy to keep clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. The free breakfast was hot, good, and filling. No parking fee, no resort fee, no hidden fees at all. Very, very nice value with amazing service. Loved it!

This was unfortunately one of the worst moments of my travel life. While the hotel itself was decent and check-in went smoothly, my experience took a drastic turn when I discovered a cockroach on the wall of my room. Further inspections in the restroom revealed two more. When I approached the front desk to request a different room, I was informed that they were fully booked, necessitating my search for alternative accommodations for the evening. Regrettably, the management did not take any effective steps to address the cleanliness issues. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this hotel to anyone until it undergoes comprehensive pest control measures.

It was affordable. Got a good night's rest and took a shower.
