Oquossoc Country Suites

Cute place. Warning, walls are EXTREMELY thin. I totally understand it’s a ski town people get up early, but at 6am there are people yelling. Just don’t come here expecting to sleep in haha. And even normal talking volume is heard through the wall. Besides that place is pretty good!

We've stayed here the last 4 days and it has been great. There are six classy, clean and well design Suites. Snowmobile trail access is close by. They are super clean and very roomy. We did the second largest Suite which had plenty of room, even they're smaller Suites would be great for a couple or a pair of guys going snowmobiling||||Walking distance to the local General store which has awesome hot/cold food and also a couple other restaurants. I believe they are open year-round. I would suggest more parking on site for snowmobile trailers. Other than that I have no complaints!

While not perfect I would say it’s worthy of 5 stars, the room was nice and large with a double, queen, and pullout couch, there was a secondary room that should’ve had the queen but had a double The main room also had the kitchen with nearly everything except a stove/oven (as expected), the one big negative here was the table it was a small high top with chairs too tall (only a couple inches bt the cushion and bottom of the table crushing your legs) and only three of them - would be nice to have a more standard table with 4 chairs as there was definitely the room Otherwise the bathroom was very nice with a large shower and heated floor, could just use a few hooks for towels is all. 1. Clean, large room, high ceiling, adequate kitchen, comfortable beds. 2. Oddly, the table in our room was only 1 foot wide and was annoyingly (3 feet) high with low chairs. 3. The lighting needs improvement. Currently, except for the bathroom, there is just one large room with 2 bright spot lights that illuminate the entire room at once. It needs zone lighting that would allow one occupant to read while the other sleeps. Split/zone lighting would make the room seem more like a true suite with 2 habitable sections.. 4.The large shower is very nice. However, more towel racks are needed in the bathroom. There is an ugly break in the plaster at one spot that may be the remnant of a fixture. 5. The room would be improved with the addition of the items customary these days in most motel un

I gave it 4 stars cause no one is perfect. We were very pleased that they accept pets. This is a cute place. The floors felt warm since it was bitter cold out. We found this to be a very comfortable place and hope to stay again.
