We stayed in cabin 1 for 3 days with our dog and 4 month old baby. This cabin was beautiful! It was fully stocked with everything you might need, including a picnic table and grill. The linens and furniture were high quality and very pleasing. There was an extremely cute loft with an additional bed. We also loved the open concept room with cathedral ceilings. The big beautiful fireplace was a great addition & so pretty to look at. The screen porch was one of our favorite features. There is also a playground and docks with chairs to enjoy the lake and mountain views. The owners were terrific people who cared about your comfort and happiness during your stay. We just discovered this lovely place and plan to always stay here for our many trips to Rangeley every year. We were extremely impress

I’ve stayed here before but this may have been the best trip yet. My family rented 2 cabins and we had the most perfect weather week. Plenty of space and easy to social distance and remain respectful of other guests. Made great use of the dock and the picnic tables, hiked, picked wild raspberries, swam in the lake. Amenities were just right and anything I needed was right at hand. Could not have found a better place to safely vacation with family.

We can't say enough good things about Chris and Ralph and Hunter Cove Cottages. We felt like family and were welcomed so graciously! The cabins are quintessential Maine - rugged, very clean, on the water with everything one could want. The peace and beauty of this place as well as the wonderful people were the gifts of this time. Thank you so very much Chris and Ralph, we will be back!

We were at Hunter Cove in late July, and loved every minute of it. The cabins overlook the cove, and each one has a view of the cove from the front porch. It's awesome to hear the loons calling across the lake at night from the cabin.||||Walking down to the cove, there is kayaking, swimming, fishing, and a dock out in the water for swimmimg. The owners let folks bring their own kayaks or motorboats as well.||||The cabins are clean, and look picture perfect, with wood plank walls and ceilings. The cabins each have a bathroom, a small kitchen with a fridge and stove, and ample sleeping space for a family.||||In summary, we love Hunter Cove, and plan to be back again next year.||||Mike

Excellent location and hospitality. Stayed in Cabin 2 for 4 nights. The layout of the cabins are well thought out with a spacious screened porch and plenty of pegs to dry towels and a clothes. Brought our own kayaks and easily launched off one of their docks. Chris is a very attentive and gracious host.
