Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa

Positive: The pools were fabulous, as were the extras like the movie nights, crafts and activities. Negative: We played bingo for $5 a card and the ‘prize’ was a smoothie. It seemed like a rip off. Also, the staff member called a number that my five year old daughter marked on her card but then reset the game, my daughter was in tears.

We spent 2 nights here in mid January 2026 as a base for Joshua Tree excursions. There were 3 of us, and we had a King bed and a pull out couch. I found the couch quite comfortable. Rooms are well sized, and the fridge came in handy. The room felt, a little older, but this was not an issue for me . Room service was responsive, when we needed extra coffee supplies. Our balcony looked over a spillway, which was fine.||The grounds are impeccable. So many beautiful flowers are through the property.||I did not try the lazy river, as it closed by 3 PM. The pool water was warm, and the hot tub was hot, so all good there!! a really great pool scene, for those who want one.||We had only one meal, at the property, which was breakfast. Expensive, but amazingly delicious (pancakes and an omelette). W

We visited for a quick weekend getaway from Los Angeles and had a fantastic time. From start to finish the staff were gracious and professional, housekeeping 100% on point, meals delicious and beautifully presented, and amenities/landscaping very well maintained. Right across the street is a small outdoor mall where we did some christmas shopping and sushi. We don’t golf, but the water hazards on the course attracted loads of waterfowl: beautiful cranes, ducks, geese. I’d never tried a lazy river, and after the third time around i understood the appeal lol. we’re child-free so once it started to get full we moved over to the adult only pool. as someone with inflammatory arthritis, i can absolutely say the jacuzzi in the 18+ pool was wonderful. overall it was incredibly relaxing 3-night sta

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas. The kids absolutely loved the accommodations, the lazy river, and the pool area. They truly felt seen by the staff, which made a big difference and added to the overall experience for our family.||||As adults, it was such a treat to see the kids so engaged and happy, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful ambiance along with the food and drinks. The resort is also within walking distance to several great dining options, which made everything even more convenient.||||It’s a great balance of family friendly fun and a relaxing resort experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The location itself is nice and the property is large and clean. I didn’t have a chance to visit/use the pools or any of the amenities. The room itself was clean but a little dated and nothing special. The staff working the valet parking and those opening doors in the very front of the resort are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome which was great! The front desk customer service was mediocre on multiple occasions. Overall, I would definitely choose a different option next time I am in the desert.
