Motel 6 Rancho Mirage, CA - Palm Springs

On Memorial Day, we went to Palm Springs for a quick turnaround to get away from the city. |As we got closer to PS, traffic was so congested going west there was no way we could see ourselves making that long drive home and mess up our one day holiday.|We decided to make a stop at Rancho Mirage location to inquire if a room was available to get out of the sun which weather was also warmer than we anticipated.|The Manager was there and we were able to check-in early and get out of the sun and get cool!|The room was very clean, beds / pillows were inviting and allowed us to relax and not worry about driving until the next morning. |It is reassuring to have a hotel and Manager you trust and know it will be affordable, when emergencies arrive that cannot be controlled.|We made the best of ou

I really want to give a shout-out to MAC, the manager at motel 6 . He’s absolutely a genuine person with really great customer service skills. Whatever I say about him it’s not enough.. I will tell you my story last night when I get to the motel my lights were not working next to my bed. It wouldn’t turn off One people already came from downstairs to look at it and he was not able to fix it and I had a lot of luggage to move to another room so I said it’s OK. I’ll deal with it. .I literally couldn't and was not able to sleep the whole night with lights on next to my eyes, and I have a huge migraine the migraine that you can’t even imagine in your whole life. Host was very welcoming. I arrived way too early at the property due to work and I was welcomed in with early check in fee. Great personality and welcoming smile on Jamila face as a guest host. She is great. Room was well clean and the location is peaceful. I will definitely be back there. Leaving too soon.

My stay was great, I stayed on the first floor, front side of the building. This room faces a Main Street with casual traffic during the day, it can be a bit loud, but it’s not disruptive of your stay. The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked great. I was pleased with my experience and the overall price was affordable.
