Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage

Nice entry- double sliders into large lobby and table with fruit water for thirsty travelers. Rooms were pretty clean and quiet, other than the street noise, purring fridge and roaring AC. Pool and hot tub were ok, but the pool was cold and there was a concerning sign posted outside of it(see photos) Beds and pillows were ok, I think the place would really benefit from some new carpet and paint though. Overall a decent stay.

Positive: The staff was professional and very pleasant. The made to order breakfast was amazing! Surprised that the staff took our orders. Negative: The hotel would be excellent if it were updated. It was clean but the carpeting needs relacing desperately-old and wrinkled in the halls. The furniture in lobby especially is dingy and needs to be replaced. In general an overall facelift is needed.

Stayed the night for a friends wedding and it was amazing! We needed to get ready for the wedding which started at 4pm and concierge was able to get us a room earlier. We were so thankful or Ileanna for helping us out. The room was very clean and spacious. I am definitely planning on going back for a staycation!

This is a horrible hotel. For all the people who wrote that this hotel is bad, and for all the people like me who wanted to believe that those negative people were wrong, here’s the thing: they were completely correct. It is astonishing that Hilton permits its flag to be flown over this property. It’s clear the franchise owner couldn’t care less about it — it seems Hilton has a corporation doesn’t either. ||The hotel is noisy. Not the guests, but the physical hotel. The elevators in Tower of Terror at Disney are quieter than the elevators in this hotel. There is a weird wheezing noise that you can hear the second you walk into the lobby — and it just stays, as if voices are trapped in the walls. But we know that couldn’t be the case, because the walls are too thin for anything to be trappe

Overall a great stay. Properly is old and needs renovation. In rooms, they did not have streaming options to watch Netflix, Prime etc. Breakfast was nice.
