Beautiful place. Amazing service and overall really nice. We had one of the rooms with a balcony on the 22nd floor. It was my gfs bday and they seem texted us to see if they could do anything to accommodate us. Spoke to Dani. Very sweet. Changed reservtion time at sky bar with no issues. Pool side food was great as well as sports bar food. Able to use amenities early and room was ready for check in early as well. Pool was sadly closed for a few hours due to something being in it but it was taken care of quickly and everyone was able to go back in. Gym was beautiful and big- even a stair master. The rooms was gorgeous. I reccomend the one with the balcony it’s worth the price ! Huge swing in the room and the bed was super comfortable. Would return
The hotel is beautiful. Apparently on Valentine's Day the hotel booked up from 50% occupancy to 100% overnight. It was a bit crazy but the staff really did an amazing job. As I was trying to figure out where to park, Renee came out from no where and walked me down the block and gave us directions on how to get into the lot from the other end. Louis, a manger from F&B tried to help us navigate the valet which was not his job but he was doing all he could to help navigate. From Ricardo who was handling to overflow of car with charm and grace to Louis he managed to get our bags and get us right into our room. Upon check out Clancy was great....he managed the parking lot and got us out with a smile. But, more than anything I must comment on the exemplary job Andrew Pratt did. The lines we
This hotel presents itself as a luxury, five-star property, but the actual experience fell far short of that expectation. At check-in, we were told we had received a complimentary room upgrade, only to later discover an unexpected $245 charge on our bill. While I did eventually have to dispute this to receive a refund, it was an unnecessary and frustrating issue that should never have occurred. Especially since I was told at checkout the fee was just on their end. ||Parking was another major inconvenience. Valet service costs $60 per night, yet retrieving the car routinely took 30 minutes or more, which is unacceptable at that price point. Valet were running in circles, couldn’t find peoples keys and even let a runaway bell cart hit someone. ||I know the hotel just opened, but theroom itse
Spent two nights here recently prior to a Disney cruise. It was an absolutely perfect experience. The hotel and all of its staff are amazing. The staff honestly made us feel like celebrities and extremely welcomed. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The food was outstanding at all of the restaurants. The pool on the 10th floor is quite amazing. My whole vacation could have been just that pool and I would have been happy. Great bonus that the stay includes Complimentary shuttles to the cruise port. Also thank you for the unexpected gifts to the room including the chocolate covered strawberries and the mickey ears for the whole family. Your hotel gave us the perfect send off to our cruise. Hope to be back in the future.
I stopped by the Omni while attending the Tech Hub Pulse event at the convention center and wanted to leave a quick review of my experience. I did not stay overnight, but I walked through the property to check out the new hotel, and it’s impressive. One of the biggest advantages is the direct connection to the Broward County Convention Center, which makes it extremely convenient for conferences and events. They also have a full coffee bar and plenty of snack options available, which is great when you're attending long events and need something quick without leaving the building. The setup feels very modern and well thought out for event guests. From what I could see, the views from the hotel rooms look like they would be fantastic as well, especially given the location near the water. Next
