I try to be understanding with local business. That's said, save some money and go to a smaller motel. Cons: 1. Stepped on 2 pieces of garbage 2. Don't offer late check out, found out when I was locked out of my room mid-way through packing about 30min after check out time. (Too sick to go to the front desk the night before and so I tried to call (see 7).) 3. Toilet draining every 2-3min 4. Wi-fi booted me 3 times & took 20min to reconnect. 5. The shower chair I requested looked nasty. 6. "Pet friendly" but their 1 outdoor garbage is in the corner of the property, opposite the office. 8. THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK!!! -10 calls over 24hrs using the number listed on on THEIR WEBSITE and IN ROOM SHEET and the line was busy or disconnected. -Just to find out they've known for weeks and ju

I booked a room through booking.com and the price was fair. When I checked in the person at the front desk charged me $80. for two dogs that I thought was a refundable deposit. I went to the office to extend my stay for two more days and the price was ridiculous $230. So I went back online and booked the room for 2 days $155. w/tax. When I went back to the office they wanted another $80. for my two dogs so they took it off my card $160. for 2 dogs for 4 days and when I got home I noticed they added another charge I don't even know what for. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The deception of the staff is real. BE WARNED AND STEAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Upon arriving the front desk clerk never bothered making eye contact or welcoming me to the establishment she looked very bothered by my presence (I have a service dog) the front desk clerk proceeded to argue with me about my reservation and how I needed to leave a credit card with her even though I checked with the "manager" before I arrived confirming that I did not need a credit card because my reservation was made by a 3rd party. The manager then yelled at me and threaten to call the police and have me removed from the property. What un awful experience and I hope they can take time to train their staff about treating humans fairly and not like children or with threats.

Positive: Location. Negative: Front-desk staff was unfriendly both at check-in and check-out. Furnishings were dated, and the sofa in my room was too dirty to sit on. I was given only one bath towel, and the room was noisy.

Booked by accident, immediately called them to explain. The girl that answered was very short with me and rude. They wouldn't stop the charge and charged me the next day! They said I had to go through priceline. But priceline didn't charge me they cancelled it. The hotel charged me after I had cancelled it the day before!! Won't ever go there. Do Not Recommend!!
