Positive: location was nice Negative: no heated pool like they claim. WIFI is horrible. They were confused on the difference between wifi and cellular signal. staff is very rude. They just gaslight you over any complaint.

Loved our stay our room was spacious location was good. We were there a week and left today. When I arrived I asked for a fan staff found me one. We did not use the indoor pool much but when we did it was refreshing .Definitely not a cooler day activity the pool was a bit too cold when we tried the first time. Great shower excellent water pressure. They do have a complimentary breakfast but very basic good when you want a quick bite. Staff was great about cleaning our room during the stay.

An older hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and showing its age. Great water pressure shower. Weak WIFI. Nice area with a view out back, limited seating. Bring your chairs. Large pool. Friendly staff. Good value for the money.

I stayed at Ogunquit Tides on July 12, 2025, after booking and paying for a King room. When we arrived, we were given a room with two Queen beds instead. Later that night, the toilet began making an extremely loud, jackhammer-like noise for about 30 seconds every time it was flushed. I have stomach issues and needed to use the bathroom multiple times, which made sleep nearly impossible due to the increasingly loud and extended noise. I called the front desk for help, but no one answered—likely because the office had closed at 11pm.||The next morning, I went to the office at 9:45am to request a refund. The senior manager, “Lisa,” refused and said, “I will not be giving your money back. The reason I’m not giving your money back is because the rates are so low.” I explained that we did not re

Loved the location. Loved our room minus a few things. Floor made our feet black, so thinking they don't clean much after guests. Paint jobs everywhere was bad but whatever. Would stay here again. Loved the walk down to the water!!
