I don’t think I’ve ever had hotel staff be more rude or unwelcoming to me. They barely acknowledged me when I walked into the lobby for check in - didn’t say welcome or anything just told me to give them my card and ID. I was the only person there, not busy. Room was freezing when I got in, no heat on, took an hour or more for the heater to warm up the uninsulated room. Both the lights above the beds did not work. It was decently clean but very worn and not nice. Bed sheets were itchy. Guest service staff was again very rude to me at check out. Would 100% never stay here again. Worth noting that all the staff I dealt with were men with very sour faces. Also, in the 24 hours before I checked in a I tried contacting the hotel by phone a few times about my late check in time, they n

10/21/25-Found this gem! We were looking for a room late in the day and found this bargain plus everything was perfect. The room was set up so perfectly. The beef was comfortable, the shower had a strong flow. Loved the coffee pot. The staff were very friendly.

Could have gotten tetanus from the toilet paper dispenser… seriously. Loud music by one guest blasting out the window, another in our row was hallucinating grabbing at the air with his pants down outside early in the morning (clearly on something). Management told me he was “just getting some sun”. Pool was clean, mattresses/beds clean. Breakfast minimal and bake goods stale; coffee was good. The management needs to check the state of the rooms and better reinforce the state of the guests in order to appeal to families. This was not the cheapest stay in the area either considering the state of things. We did not feel entirely saf

The rooms are clean, but has a smell to it. Good location in and out. Breakfast, bad, coffee was Hazelnut, marked regular, package sweets were over dry and disgusting. Went to the egg & I 2 doors down. Pool and area looked very clean.

Positive: Location Negative: The room had poor maintenance: rusty, broken floor heating; holes in the ceiling/wall area; toilet paper dispenser not attached to the wall. TV channel selection from the 80's, continental breakfast subpar (pastries in wrappers, cereal in boxes, etc.).
