OGT Inns

We were a group of 8 that stayed at the Maxwell House during Christmas by the Sea in Ogunquit. From start to finish everything was amazing from the check in, rooms, comfort, all the activities that were planned for the weekend. We especially loved the Parade and the “Watch Party” at the Nellie and Inn at Shore Rd. The entire weekend was amazing! We cant wait to visit in the summer!!!

I was hoping to write a positive review but unfortunately not. We stayed at the Inn at Perkins Cove a month ago. When we booked they had a special, stay for 2 nights and get the 3rd free. We were excited about the special! We noticed when we confirmed our reservation no discount was applied. When we went to check out and the final payment was charged, there was still no discount. I spoke with the staff at the hotel the day of check out twice about the refund and I was told it was being sent to the business manager and being worked on. Here we are a month later, I've sent texts, called multiple times and now have sent three emails to the business manager with no response. I do not recommend staying here because heaven forbid you get mischarged or your bill is not correct, it will not get re

We stayed at the Nellie Littlefield for 3 days at the end of July! It was the perfect place! Everything is right outside the front steps. Every morning we picked up our breakfast baskets filled with the most wonderful breakfast foods, eggs, fresh baked goods, fresh fruit. The innkeeper, Rhonda was a love and her cooking the absolute best!

My husband and I stayed in Studio #1 at High Rock on 17 Hoyts Lane this past weekend and it was a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing experience. We will definitely be going back and hopefully for a more extended stay. Initially one of the main reasons that we chose this property was that we were allowed to bring our dog, this property and Ogunquit in general are very pet friendly. This was by far the nicest place that we have been able to bring him to. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better, about a 5 minute walk to town and about an 8-10 minute walk to the public beach. Conveniently, there is an assigned parking space right next to the building. Check in was easy and our King suite was spacious and absolutely beautiful. We rented at 17 Hoyt #4 and I would not rent there again. The room was tiny...barely room to walk around. The place needed work and it was depressing to be in there. There was a hole next to the wall a/c unit large enough to let bugs in. The walls were paper thin and we could hear people talking and dogs barking. The sheets were not clean. Some of the walls were patched but not painted. Just a seedy room. We didn't even want to put our clothes in the bureau. They don't take care of the exterior either. Sure looked nice in the pictures though. I can't recommend this place.
