Oceans One Resort

The rooms are disgusting. We thought we got a good rate because we were there in the off season, but at $143/night, we way overpaid. The furniture is peeling, the mattresses are sagging, the kitchen was dirty. Half of the light bulbs don't work. The jaccuzi tub didn't work. The HVAC filter hadn't been replaced in years. We went to Wal-Mart and bought a new one to replace it. There were no baking sheets or spoons in the kitchen. The plates were dirty. This was a very nice place at one point in time.....long long ago. The maintenance is non-existent now. I would never stay here again. It's a shame because the location and amenities are nice if it was properly maintained. The condo needs much updating. Shower floor was so slippery, we laid a towel in for a mat. 3 or 4 bulbs burned out. Safety lock gone from door. Shower curtain too short to reach across, allowing water to spray out onto the floor. Sliding glass door lock broken, replaced with a slide bar lock. Needs so much work. I won’t be back.

Worst experience the room was horrible. I called Trips customer service and they did not help. My stay was horrible the room made my wife sick. We left a day early. Worst experience and Trips representative did not care. I was told they would give me $40 . I used to love trips app. I recommend strongly please avoid trips app with booking a room . The customer service will not help you they didn’t care about me or my family

Ocean one resort room 1708 absolutely has the best view I've ever seen here in MB. However I do rhink the owners are missing out on the potential this property has due to lack of cleanliness, maintenance etc. Our room was filthy. Cabinets falling apart in the kitchen dented up fridge with missing drawers. Dishwasher not working. I'm on vacation not wanting to spend too much time washing dishes by hand. The dishes left from previous renters were filthy we had to boil utensils. Bathroom has mold, hair etc. but I always bring my cleaning supplies. The room stunk of a seafood oder. Our bed looked as if a wrecking ball and been placed in the center and left there for a year. Windows seals overlooking that beautiful view full of dirt and stains. Carpet not fully vacuumed. No coffee for the coffe

Terrible Birthday experience!!!! I’ve been staying at ocean one since 2021 and babbyyyyy I’m telling u it has gone down so bad ! 1st room the door didn’t lock correctly, dirty rags left behind housekeeping didn’t even open the door to get them from behide it . Big hole in air vent in the ceiling furniture dirty. Went down got sent to another room door was wide open on arrival,,smelt of old mold ,stove was on. It was worse than first room.sooooo we moved to another room it was bigger and and better “we thought “ woke up at 8 am to something vibrating in the ceiling for a good 30 minutes , Flip the pillow over that morning, mold on the back of the pillow and the headboard… Don’t waste your money here !!!!!!!
