I had a great stay here. The new owner is working hard to update and improve everything and it’s in a great location, with views of the ocean. Lisa who manages the property is awesome. They will do whatever they can to make you comfortable during your stay. A peaceful and quiet little hotel that I would definitely return to.

We are locals and this was our first time staying at Oceans 735. We chose it as a little staycation for our kids during winter break before heading back to school, and it was perfect for what we wanted—easy beach access and a nice pool. We really loved the mom-and-pop, small business feel compared to the big hotels. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and flexible, from the front office to the maintenance crew, which made our stay feel welcoming and personal. We stayed in the small family room, which included a mini fridge and microwave—perfect for a short stay. Next time, we’ll definitely choose one of the larger rooms with a kitchen. Super close walk to everything: 3 mins to beach, 10 mins into town, 12 mins to pier. Room was just fine. Lisa at front desk was very accommodating. Need to store luggage before and after checkin/checkout? No problem. Late checkout? No problem. Pool was warm. Minor cons: AC was a little weak, Fabuloso smell was intense at first but faded, had to wait a couple hours for room to be ready for check in (5pm instead of 3pm).

Probably worst hotel experience I've ever had. It says check in at 3 pm, we get here at 2:45 and they say room won't be ready for the next 45 minutes, 4:20 pm hits and room STILL wasn't ready. 5:30 pm and they tell me it'll be ready in a moment because they're dealing with a small water puddle under the fridge and they still had to clean the floor. I told the lady to just give me the room and a towel and I'll do it myself. We enter the room and the water puddle was so small I don't understand why they didnt do it themselves. Waste of 200$ on Valentines Day with my gf, absolutely awful experience, don't stay here
