Ocean Villas of Deerfield

We have traveled all over the world but we keep coming back to this spot when we need a quick sunshine reset. The property has a vintage feel with all the modern updates like big TVs and kitchens. The pool is immaculate and the pool deck is well maintained. One block to the beach and the hotel has beach towels. If you are looking for a quiet spot close to the beach and great food, this is your place. We stayed in unit 2 for the new year holiday. The management team made us feel at home the whole week. We’ll be back!

We stayed at Ocean Villas of Deerfield this summer (2025) and really liked it. Our room with a kitchen and king-size bed was spacious and clean. The office closes at 6pm, but even though we arrived late at night, they still accommodated us without any issues. They don’t offer room service, but towel exchange and everything else was easy and accessible. The pool was clean, and the whole property was well-maintained. Parking is small but there was enough space for everyone. Plus, the location was easy to find. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay!

We first stayed at Ocean Villas about six years ago and found it an excellent value for clean, basic accommodations near the beach.This time, we found the facility had gotten a nice exterior facelift, and the rooms were as before clean and serviceable. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms have good-sized refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, and basic dishes. Beds are comfortable. Some rooms are much smaller than others for the same number of guests. Our room had only one small bedside lamp for lighting, though we found a second small reading lamp in the closet. There's a nice pool area with lounge chairs. There is no housekeeping (though one can have towels replaced by leaving them outside), and the office is only open briefly around check-in and check-out times (lockbox arrangements

Overall stars 4, rooms were great other than two things. Within ten minutes of coming into our studio, the entire light went out but came right back on. It was strange because there were no storms or raining or anything. That was the first and last time the issue occurred but should be mentioned. Also we stayed over Christmas break but there were only 2 toliet papers for several people. One person got stomach pains and well that first roll and then the day after second roll was pretty much gone. Front desk and maid service was home for Christmas day. A third roll of paper would have been great assistance all things considered. Other than those two. Our studio was clean and mostly noise free. Left message with Debbie to make reservation and had to call back when she did not return my call. When she did call back the conversation went sideways very quickly when I asked her to share with me the different rooms available. She became a smartass and cocky & talking down to me. Zero customer service skills. Don't waste your time with this person.
