Ocean star hotel

the most horrendous negative aura place EVER. if you want to feel unsafe? come here. if you want to feel unclean? definitely come here. the moment you walk into this hotel you will feel your heart drop to your stomach because you KNOW you just wasted money. the smell is absolutely disgusting. mold, mildew, weed, cigarettes and anything that could be smoked in a pipe will hit your nose so hard it would make you nauseous. the odd people that wander and hang around the halls will keep your guard up. the raggedy elevator will make you feel like it'll fall back down the moment it goes one floor up. our room was dirty. there was dirt on the bed, the sheets had stains, the shower had hair in the drain and on the walls and there was blood on the toilet. funny thing is when we walked into the room

Positive: The front desk, her and her husband were absolutely amazing and tried their best to accommodate me and my mother. Negative: I did not like anything I would give it a zero that is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I was scared I would have bedbugs. I was not able to sleep. We left an a few hours after arrival; I did not feel safe. It was nasty. I was so and paid for two nights

This place is filthy. It truly is a health hazard. I didn’t see not one house keeper going around with a cleaning cart. The floors hadn’t been swept or mopped and there was a dirty rag hanging in the shower. The toilet seat was falling off and trash was piled outside. Bed Sheets had a really funny smell like mildew. The rooms look nothing like what’s advertised on their website. The pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. Also continental breakfast is not served at all and no one even comes in to the office to work til after 10am. Positive: Our room faced the ocean. Negative: THE most disgusting, dirty, smelly hotel I have ever seen. The faucets were broken, the toilet was broken...there were cigar butts all over...trash behind the couch...food in drawers. Refrigerator did not work. SO SO SO gross. They should be ashamed!!!

I gave it one star, it really didn't deserve any. The worst hotel in my life, dirty. The lady who served the customer was terrible, they were dirty. I asked to change rooms and they never did. It's the most disgusting hostel there is. They don't care about the customers, please.
