Ocean Sky Hotel & Resort

Recently stayed at the Ocean Sky Resort and hotel with my wife and 3 kids. Overall our experience was good. It's a nice location. clean hotel with friendly staff. Valet was fast and prompt with our vehicle. Parking fee felt reasonable. access to the beach was great and the tiki bar service was fantastic. Clean pool area. while we were there we ate breakfast at the restaurant. the food was very underwhelming and very expensive. a few tater tots. basic white bread toast and eggs and bacon for a hefty price tag. no kids menu is kind of lame as well. I understand the hefty price but would think the quality should be there and it just wasn't for the price we paid. Service however was very good at the restaurant. The lodging was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room chairs were rather hard and not as comfortable to use, but they did provide adequate support. The view from our room (825) of the ocean was amazing! We parked across the street, and it worked well for our local commutes. There was a family gathering at the resort was hosted by the Ocean Sky staff, and the food and service was outstanding. A first class event!

Good price with good location right on the beach. Very clean updated room. Nice bathroom. The balcony felt awkward as there is no divider between rooms so you have no privacy on the balcony. The bathroom should have a fan as it gets real steamy during a shower. Very nice outdoor area by the pool and beach. The only part I didn't like was the fact I couldn't sit at the tables outside without buying something from the restaurant. There is plenty of seating, they should split it up. Half for the restaurants and half for pool guests. Overall, very nice place if you want to be a little away from all the tourist traffic and busy areas. Also there is a McDonald's, Dunkin, a deli, pizza shop and Winn Dixie right next to the hotel. Would stay again! 👍

The staff at the front desk were very nice when we checked in. We arrived late, grabbed food from a late-night pizza place, and went to bed. The sheets appeared clean at first, and we didn’t think to check anything else that night. In the morning, however, we noticed several stains on the underside of the comforter that looked like blood or brown stains, along with some yellow stains. We asked the front desk if we could get clean bedding. When housekeeping came up, they stripped the entire bed, and we noticed that the mattress cover underneath the sheets also had stains on it. Housekeeping initially planned to just put clean sheets over the stained mattress cover, but we asked them to replace that as well. We stayed in the room while they put on a clean mattress cover and fresh sheets. A

Would stay here again and again. Great experience from check in to check out and the price of the hotel is absolutely perfect for a getaway. The location is perfect; right on the beach. It really has an Ocean Sky view! Parking is on property. Restaurant is not a 5 star but the food we had was just great and Natacha was absolutely wonderful. The staff would even serve you on the beach! The rooms were clean and the gift shop was reasonable. Pool and hot tub worked great and the poolside bar had excellent frozen drinks. Drinks and food were priced as normal as any other place so I really don't understand some of these negative reviews. Staff was absolutely great the entire time. The housekeepers have a service light on the doorbell so you can let them know when you would like the room
