Ocean Park Resort in Myrtle Beach

We were having a terrible time at another hotel, so we called Ocean Park. Tiffany took care of us, and greeted us with a smile when we arrived. She was wonderful our whole stay, and greeted us every morning. There were some issues here and there, but if we let the front desk know, they immediately addressed it (so different than the other place we tried to stay). Seeing all the adorable furbabies did not hurt our feelings either, I got lots of kisses and snuggles. Just wish they allowed bigger dogs so we could bring our Scooby (80#). The room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, the price was great. Turned out to be a much better vacation than it started as. Thank you Ocean Park for turning our trip around! See you again soon.

I've stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it.Because the rooms are clean and they are so dog friendly. I love that every room has a oceanfront balcony and that the beds are comfortable and there is a full kitchen. This trip particularly had some issues. On the first night, there was absolutely no hot water.When I called the front desk, they said that they had somebody working on it and were unapologetic. I had wished that they had told me that there was no hot water when I checked in. The second day there was a clog in the garbage chute. They unclogged this right in front of our door. The smelly Trash and bags laid in front of our door for over 6 hours. I didn't call the sedk to complain but saw multiple staff walk past this before it was cleaned up. Sunday night at 10 p m I w

Forget the bad reviews, those people would complain if they stayed at the White House. Clean rooms , a great outdoor heated spa ! You will see plenty of dogs, but for most part all the owners were responsible. It was like going to a dog show. I never saw so many different breeds. For some strange reason, whenever the dogs saw me they would hide behind their owner !

Told Mgr. Kierra and she says she called someone, but no one showed up.🙅🏼‍♀️ I came home with welts and a rash all over my neck, chest and shoulders, from this dump. We were not offered another room. We were told there we none.🤷🏼‍♀️ Gave me a full sized bed and king sized sheets and blanket. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Mattress didn't fit the frame. I'm battling to get any money back. I stay here every year, never had a problem. This year, the staff needs some serious customer service training. Every single front desk person was extremely rude. I came with 2 dogs. My one dog is a 30 lb elderly mutt who looks like a tiny fox. She asked me the breed which I didn't know. She was very rude and huffed at me. The others were just full of attitude. Don't dare ask anything. You might interrupt their smoke breaks at the front door under the sign that says no smoking on premises. The cleaning people are just as bad. There was a man mopping the floor, I said excuse me, he looked at me and continued mopping. He mopped right over the top my dogs feet!! The 5th floor was full of trash bags. Apparently some customers don't know how to use the bins. The bags have been sitting there for
