Ocean Manor

We had a terrible experience while staying at this hotel on Christmas Day 2025. When I checked in and called the number to get my keyless entry the lady (Rachelle maybe?) was rude and the code didn’t work. Tried calling back several times, didn’t answer, finally text her and she sent another code. Then the room temperature was like a 1000 degrees and the thermostat is literally locked down. You can adjust the temperature up and down but that didn’t “really work”. I had it set to 62 degrees and it still felt like it was 85. Later on the other side of our wall were guests blaring music and smoking weed when we returned for the night around 10. I contacted the owner/manager? Rachelle? to ask when that party was going to end because the occupant claimed to be a friend of the owner, no respons

We really enjoyed our stay 6/20-6/23. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel is about 1 block from the Boardwalk. Each room had an assigned parking space, and our spaces were very close to our rooms. Coffee was available in the lobby each morning and cold fruited water was available all day. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, and although the temperature was in the mid 80's, there was a nice breeze outside our room. Thanks for a great time!

The rooms were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, enough storage for a family of four, and the AC worked well. The TV had a lot of options for kids shows that I would never knew existed, we watched old school Sonic. The hotel is less then a block away from the boardwalk but still feels secluded and peaceful. It has a terrace with tables and chairs, we would eat our breakfast out there. The pool went from 3 to 5 feet and had a smaller area for jets. The pool area was clean, it had bathrooms, a little eating area and the ivy grew over the fences making it feel isolated even with all the buildings around it. One of the staff came out with ice pops for the kids, it was a kind gesture and thank you. My only negative is we were charge 30 dollars for a pack 'n play, where most

Positive: Cleanliness of room, friendliness if people Negative: Elevator broken so walked stairs a lot. They were trying to fix it though I think and hotel staff helped us like a porter to get luggage up at arrival.

Would not recommend. There was a hole in the wall in every room. Water pressure was non-existent, hope you're ok with a drip shower. Elevator is broken, not necessarily their fault but still. Mattress was clearly old. Remotes for the TV didn't work. All for $317/ night. Location and staff are great but that's about it
