Biscayne Suites

The location is great and I loved our room. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a kitchen with supplies to cook meals in our room is amazing. Sweet balcony view too! The front desk receptionist, Shannon, was so great. We stayed here for 2 days because our neighborhood lost power, so arriving here and being greeted by someone so friendly, patient, and helpful was quite a relief. 5 stars for Shannon! Overall I would love to stay here again, especially in the off season. I'd happily recommend this place.

My room in itself was fantastic very large with the exception of the kitchen but it had a medium size refrigerator with a little freezer and a small for cooked Stove Top and oven the bedroom was huge with a king size bed six drawer dresser TV and unfortunately the balcony overlooked the neighbor's yard so there really was no View living area very spacious I was very impressed with the quality of the room and the comfort the king size bed needs a little work it's getting old and could be replaced but I slept well. As far as service goes the woman who worked the seven to three shift when I checked in was not very pleasant no hi, how are you doing and it was pretty much that way throughout my visit with that one lady. Positive: The location of the hotel is only 2 blocks from the board and also about 1 block away from main street local shops. And the rooftop pool is a nice touch also giving you direct view of the boardwalk and ocean. Negative: ""

We loved staying here so much that we purchased a condo! Housekeeping keeps everything sparkling clean, which is probably the most important thing to us. Crisp white super soft sheets. King bed with a pull out queen sofa. 2 big smart tv's. Restaurants are everywhere, with a cute ice cream place next door. Biscayne is just 2 blocks from the best part of the boardwalk by the music pier, and right in the middle of all the holiday festivities. Tree lighting, parades, drone shows, shopping on Asbury Ave., etc. The sunrise views from room 314 are incredible! You can sit with coffee and see the ocean right from our balcony. Sue at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. AND when you don't feel like getting sandy, spend the day in the heated rooftop pool. You can eat up on the roof (lots of t

I don’t think they are a three-star hotel or deserve 4.5 rating. The mattress in 118 is the softest mattress I’ve ever slept on and not in a good way. Thank goodness it’s just one night. Also they used a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet on the bottom.
