Ocean Forest Villas

The villa I stayed in on Sept 6, 2025 was infested with roaches. We were forced to leave early due to roach infestation. The management company only issued a partial credit for what we experienced. It was horrible

I have a spine injury and could have handled no elevators, until I realized that there were no wheel chair ramps to get to the second floor unit. Then, we lugged all of our belongings up 3 flights of steps. Just hard stools in the kitchen. You cannot hardly get into the bedroom closet to hang your clothes. There is not enough room and the beds are scooted up close to the closet wall. This condo will work you harder than most...from doing your own coin laundry, to getting just one set of the bare minimum of towels...the first day of your stay. Need more towels? Go pay to wash and dry them down the hall. We left 3 days early because quite frankly, it was more work than it was worth...We didn't mention it to the owners until after we left because...seriously, what are they going to do

We rented this place as a little weekend get away and a change of scenery. While we had a good time we were so happy when check out time Sunday rolled around. Condo 305E is all the other reviews said it was and more. This place makes your skin crawl and it is very hard to get comfortable. This place is disgusting, hair and sand all over the floor, clumbs of hair in the tub and shower. Walls dirty and wallpaper cracking. Furnishings are all outdated and 5 years past there prime. Lamp shades stained with what looks to be water stains from yesteryear. Blinds dirty and rusty and hardly work. I took pictures and made complaints immediately, which the staff never addressed. Last year's family vacation was perfect! The beach was right across the road, and the rooms were clean. Only downside? No elevators! But we'll most definitely be returning. 🏖️☀️🌊

Easy access to beach, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Grounds well kept. Love this place!
