Ocean Escape Condos

Reservation made 1 month ago for July 26th-29th. Traveling with grand kids from up north!! Have plane tickets for next weekend to go back home. Have 2 confirmation emails. Travel 2 1/2 hours with them sat in parking lot for 2 hours.. told us our reservation was for August 1st… lies!! You messed up on Your end and tried to blame us!!! We showed you our confirmation!! You couldn’t show us your confirmation for August 1st… everything is automated… you would have have some type of email!!! Had to book an Airbnb last minute!!! Might take you to small claims court!!! Do not book here!! And the place is not what they show in the website!! Talked to 3 different people.. all said well look into and call you back!!! Never heard back… 2 hours later we called for refund… oh we were just about to call

This is a great place in a great location with fantastic amenities available! There are two and three bedroom condos available thru the Landmark and you can use Landmark’s waterpark PLUS they let you use Crown Reef’s pools. The building is across the street from the beach so it’s not as expensive as some condos in the area but you can get a pretty good view from the top floor

Ocean Escape Condos exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless from top to bottom—clean floors, fresh linens, and a very well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ocean Escape Condos to anyone looking for a clean, well-cared-for place to stay.

Stayed on a family trip September 15th- 19th in the 3 bedroom. Check in was conveniently done from my phone and wristbands and parking pass waiting in the room. Staff was great. They called to let us know the room was ready early! Which was a great surprise! Full kitchen, very spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. WiFi worked great. TV in all the bedrooms. Choose this condo for access to the multiple water parks. We only made it to Landmark and Crown reef there was so much to do! Kids had an absolute blast. Several water slides, lazy Rivers, pools! Landmark "directly across the street from condo" had at least 6 hot tubs, and crown reef "a few minute drive" had at least 10 hot tubs. Crown reef pools were warmer so we spent most of the time there. Great beach access as well!

I will not be staying here again. First I was sent the wrong address 2 times to even get to the condo. Then when we finally made it 2 hours later, the rooms had dirty linens like someone had slept in all the beds and then they just made them again. The floors were so dirty that my 9 month old granddaughter was crawling on the floor and he feet and knees were so black we had to bathe her. The main bathrooms shower the faucet was falling out of the wall. The key pad never worked to get into the actual building and when we complained and stood outside multiple times the front desk lady gave us a code that was someone else’s which I’m sure that’s not allowed seeing as I could just go into their room if I wanted.
