Positive: Nothing Negative: my hotel room was given to someone else, They checked in another Meghan under my room there were no towels, the door handle was held together with duck tape . the elevator was broken. the room was dirty. Honestly it was the worst experience.

We stayed at this hotel last night and it is an absolute trash hotel. The cabinets in the kitchen area were screwed shut, the ceilings and walls were patched with cardboard screwed in over the holes in them, and the heat didn't work. We had the thermostat all the way up to 85° trying to get heat and the interior temp never got above 65°. The room door didn't seal so the cold air was blowing right in on the top, bottom, and the sides. The tiles on the floor were broken and jagged. This is not at all a maintained hotel. It was dirty and very run down. We stayed at the Westgate Resort last year and I was 1000x better. I highly advised you to NOT stay at the Ocean Crest. Gross. Also, I have a ton of photos for proof of the deplorable conditions.

This was absolutely the worst stay I have ever experienced in 40 yrs of visiting Myrtle Beach and across the country. It took more than 20 minutes of running water to have hot water. Both beds were broken, the phone didn't work. The air conditioner facing was broken. There was one dining chair and the TV was more than 15 yrs old. Oh and both lamp shades were in ill repair. I'm glad the sunrise was pretty because that's all that was worth anything . The weekend manager didn't come in until 11:00 am Sunday morning. We had to ask for towels . Don't stay here if you want to relax. Oh and the 1.of 2 working elevators didn't have an inspection posted in it. Wasn't sure it wasnt going to get stuck Don't waste your money here please.

I did not have a very good stay at this hotel. I called for an hour and no one answered the phone at the front desk. I had to just show up. She was rude because I told her I had been calling an hour. One of my keys didnt work. Housekeeping just let themselves in while I was dressing, & there were no towels in the bathrooms. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10am like he was the police (checkout isn't till 11 & I was told I could check out at 12). Called the front desk & she said she would let him know not to come back until after 11. He came back at 10:40. I was pissed! The place was not that clean. I cleaned myself. Not a very good experience. The location is perfect, but I will go somewhere else. Also, the manager is never in. This place needs some serious upgrades!!!!!!!! My daughter
