Customer Reviews
My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed in unit JJ1 unit from February 6 -9. Check-in was so easy and effortless. The security made us feel safe since it was just us three. They were very friendly and helpful. This is an oceanfront unit and the views are absolutely beautiful. They have done a beautiful job updating this unit. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Positive: "" Negative: when I got to the hotel there were no restaurants or ride to my room.cost me extra for my cab. Then the morning no restaurants open for food.you should make sure you tell people that there was no food in the compound.
We stayed in Lodge 2 #2236. This was a 1 bedroom unit. Everything was perfect. No bugs or dirt. Nothing was worn or stained. The furniture appeared to be less than a year old. The kitchen contained all GE appliances and had everything you would want for cooking. The unit contained 1 1/2 baths and had a lot of water pressure and plenty of hot water. The flooring was vinyl wood tiles throughout. The AC worked perfectly. The tram was not running during our stay but the walk from lodge 2 was tolerable. The tram would have made going to the beach much easier. The heated indoor pool was quite warm and the hot tub was hot. The area is very quite and I always felt safe and relaxed even walking to the pool after dark. The beach pool and snack bar area is stunning with ocean views from.th
My family and I have stayed at Ocean Creek for twenty years, and im not sure what's happened, but it's just not the same. Just got back from a weekend trip, where the first condo we were given had an old rusted pool chair turned over on the balcony (which the paint was peeling terrible). There were stains on the rug, a bed that sat so low it was almost sitting on the floor, and pieces of cardboard stuffed under the glass part of the dining room table to keep it even. I called customer service, and was offered a better equipped room, but front desk acted like they could care less. I was told there was no manager there to listen to my concerns, and when I tried to show her my photos, she interrupted me and told me I could just email them. Sadly I went on and cancelled our reservation fo
On the plus side we did arrive early and were able to check in early. A BIG negative is that I have cancer and get tired very easily and returned to the room to nap. The room next door is privately owned and decided to remodel was going to take place. In between. The sawing, hammering and whatever else that was going on I got no rest at all. We were told they would be done at 5 but is now 5:30. Mike just got told that it will be 6. They have 57 acres here. Why would they put someone in a room next to one that has construction?
