Ocean Beach Club

Positive: The location from the beach was great and it had good amenities nearby (Dunkin' Donuts, Winn Dixie, McDonalds). The pool was also very nice and the staff was very friendly. Everyone always said hello when you walked by. It was also easy to park. Negative: The room was comfortable and clean but a little outdated. The carpets & bathroom could use a refresh, but otherwise was very nice!

For those looking into stay at this hotel, I would NOT recommend. By far the worst place I have stayed at. We are also Florida locals & come over for vacation & work often. With spring break being the time of year. We had limited options to choose from. Website advertised the beach is across the street, NOT so much. It is about a 2 mile walk, so for those wanting an easy beach crossing with chairs, cooler etc be prepared for hike with you belongs. Beds was broken as I about feel off when I sat on the edge of the bed. Not sure the room was even cleaned at all, black long nasty hair on the shower ( I am blonde with shoulder length hair ) . Great place that offers day use….we got off a cruise at 8 am and our flights wasn’t until 7:30 pm that evening so we were looking for a place to spend the day with a pool. This definitely fit the bill….had a clean pool with nice lounge chairs. Clean room, friendly staff. Beach is a 10 min walk so a bit far to the public access road, but hotel offers beach chairs for $5 per day, very reasonable! We took a nap, walked to the paceman, spent time in the pool and sat outside under a covered area (was a rainy day) and then ubered to the airport . Super convenient!

Not close the ocean as its shows in pictures. Was ok for me as i stayed for one night with family but i thought its walking distance from beach no its not the beach is almost a mile away from the hotel and no view of beach at all. Cleaning wise also ok not super clean or well maintained. Overall basic average hotel.

I would like to give Angela a big shout out for holding our hotel room as we had problems with the airlines a day late arrival. The room and easy check-in that was well appreciated after the long 12 hour flight. Front desk, personnel, wonderful, and willing to answer all your questions and the room service is excellent. One last thing you do have the pay for parking, but you have to pay for parking everywhere. Even where my aunt stayed at the Hilton you paid for parking. We had a seven day stay and would do it again
