Ocean 5 hotel

Staying here wasn't just an experience, it was a blessing. Amazing, comfortable and serene rooms by the water where I was able to get the best sleep I've had in a while. The staff is beyond wonderful, very accommodating and well rounded. Gary, Mo, Cecelia, Mustafa are not only staff but they are and treat you as if you are family. I stayed here well over a few weeks, truly enjoyed and not one time have I ever had any issues or complaints and couldn't give you an example of one if I tried! If you are uncertain when booking please take the time out, call and speak to Gary. You wouldn't be hesitant to book and I bet my bottom dollar on it!!!

Positive: The cost was reasonable and they had availability. Parking was free and on the property. Negative: The room was like a dorm room. No closet, no kitchen, no sitting area, no safe, no lamp, no nothing. TV was in Spanish with English settings. The bathroom was super small. There were 3 full/queen beds. The one bed I slept in was uneven and was leaning.

My family and I visited your city over the weekend. We wanted to spend one of our last weekends with my daughter before she goes off to college. My wife and I use to stay in Myrtle Beach every other weekend when I was a young Marine stationed in Jacksonville NC. . There were many many code violations at this hotels .||||We purchased a "Deluxe room" at the Atlantic Hotel, 411 North Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 unit 12. This unit had standing water on the floor. It also did not have any grounded electrical outlets, or GFCI's. They have all the switches taped off so you could not use them which leaves me to believe that here are many more electrical issues with this property. The receptionist Gary is a very nice warm person and made recommendations for me once I arrived. The room is clean and has a nice view. For the price, you can't ask for more.

Cute and affordable! Has cable, mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave. Furniture a bit outdated but its clean, has a nice pool and right across the street from the beach! Also has ice cream and snack shop. Special Thanks to Gary for making us feel at home and recommending great places to eat! Would definitely stay here again!
