Oak Tree Inn

I came in late at night in the dead of winter and the staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. I needed a room where I could watch my car and they made sure I got it. The room was clean and comfortable. The heater was already on and they had plenty of hot water. The roads were closed so I had to order another night and they just charged my card. I would recommend, especially for the price, which is slightly more than a motel 6!

This was a really decent hotel for the price! I booked through Expedia and got a room for $44 a night. The diner was super cute and the food was good, but maybe a little higher priced for a diner breakfast. I gave this hotel 3 stars because it was an average hotel from a service and excellence standpoint. It gets cool at night, so an extra blanket on the bed would have been great! I would stay again though!

The room was above average, but the free breakfasts were below. We stayed for two nights and liked the hotel, the markdown only comes for the cafe. They were so slow that we had to leave for our conference without any breakfast even though we came in an hour before we had to leave. I did however like the sausage from the meal I was able to eat.

Everyone was fine. Internet was adequate and rooms fairly updated including newer TV. Bed was comfortable and besides house keeping coming around at 7:50am all was well. It is not a high end place but does provide a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Would stay again especially for the price.

Feels more like an old dorm complex than a hotel. If you need a place to sleep it's functional for that. There's no frills and only the most basic amenities... Bar soap (no shampoo or conditioner, as seen in similarly priced hotels), coffee maker, small towels, refrigerator, microwave, tv, no Continental breakfast The beds are very firm as are the pillows. It's not the worst I've been in but it's far from the best.
