Mustang Motel

Not sure it's even a one star hotel but, for what it is, it definitely gets a 5 star Google review. As simple and basic as they come but if you don't want more than a good night's sleep and a hot shower in the morning this is the place to stay. I love the ease of parking right at the door. And at $79 for the night this may have been the cleanest motel room we stayed in on our 10 day road trip. So much better than any chain hotel.

Always a good price and good service. They clean your room everyday and give you new towels every day! Nobody does that anymore and I travel a lot.

I would definitely stay here again. This is not a luxury hotel and shouldn't be compared to one. Rooms are definitely dated with older carpet and paneling, and the exterior is a little rough around the edges. The place offers weekly rates to construction workers. However, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rates were very reasonable and the manager friendly. The shower faucet did need some repairs. I mentioned this to the manager. It's hopefully been fixed and was a problem limited to one room. It's not a reason to hesitate staying here. I absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Mr. Craig is a very cool person known for quite a few years he's pretty damn cool. They have a cleaning service now that cleans every day which is really cool too. It's close to pretty much everything in town.

I originally planned on staying at the Mustang Motel because it looked like a weird time capsule from other photos— and i like that kind of thing. However! When i opened the door to my room, it had been updated and everything was nice and comfortable. So even though it wasn’t what i planned on, it ended up being a relief after a very long day of driving. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and nice. Also: special thank you to the owner/manager who, even though it was almost midnight when i arrived, was kind enough to hear the buzzer and rent a room to me. :)
