Oak Haven Motel

The low price is what I liked . The motel manager was friendly . It was not " fancy " , but that didn't matter to me . It was on a main road in town near stores , restaurants , and a pharmacy .

Originally booked a room for a week. Got locked out of the room by the owners 2 days after being there while I was out. In order to get my children's things out of the room they told me to pay the amount in cash that we stayed. I did and got my children's stiff and left. They them proceeded to charge my credit card, which I disputed, which proceeded in them charging the card again. Very shady business ethics on their part.

The owners are fair. As long as you don’t act stupid. You get what u pay for honestly. But I’ve seen worse. The husband is cool. The wife is a little rude

I was actually quite surprised. From the outside it doesn't look very nice, but it is actually very comfortable and pleasant. Not dirty at all. Room was not a bad price. I paid $59.00. The people working here were all very friendly. I have driven past this motel many times, but hadn't noticed it before. Bed was completely comfortable, nice size TV, bathroom clean, working microwave and refrigerator, and plenty of space for all of our luggage. Thank you Oak Haven Motel for a nice stay.

Not a bad place on a low budget. Weekly rates are best in this area. Micro/half fridge. It is fairly clean...just old. No bugs. Fresh towels everyday. Must special request changing of bedding. Has a phone in the room but must post a deposit to make outgoing calls. Staff/owner needs a few customer service lessons.
