Northstar Campground

If you've ever wanted to camp right on a beautiful river in the New Hampshire woods this is the place for you. Many great campsite options ranging from right on the river, to set back a little ways, and even in a very open field which is great for larger groups. All your major weekends have activities going on to keep things exciting and engaging for campers. The bath houses are kept clean, stocked and tidy for campers to use. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and make sure that you have everything you need. Most if not all camp sites have a power hookup for all your electrical needs. The campground itself is situated in a beautiful location, and its a truly relaxing experience for a weekend, or even an extended stay.

Beautiful, clean campground. Site options are great. We have a 43 foot fifth wheel and stayed in the field area. The campground is located along sugar river which is clean. They had a lot of activities planned for the holiday weekend. The owners and staff were all friendly as well as other guests. We liked the hiking trail but it didn’t have good signage. The only negative (which is not on the owners) is that local people fly down the dirt road leading to the campground.

Good old fashioned camping here. Small area for the kids to play allows them to make their own fun and games. Other campers and the owner were very nice. Only negative comment that I will share is that there sure is a lot of traffic in and out all hours of the night. If I could give 10 starts for their Halloween weekend of events I would!

It's a lovely campground, slightly better suited to RV than tent but still lovely. Staff has been friendly and helpful both times we have gone. My kids loved the fishing derby.

Northstar has been my camping campground for 4-5 yrs now I stay for 4-5 weeks at a time. This year was very stressful trying to get my camper up here. The owners were so understanding and worked with me the whole time. Their whole team are always so helpful and nice very family oriented.
