Newport Motel

Great place! Room was spacious and extremely clean. The gentleman at reception was super nice and welcoming. There are no frills but it's nicely updated, very clean, comfortable beds, good tv, spotless bathroom, and great heater. We came up to ski and this place is only 10 minutes from Mt Sunapee. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are also quiet, never heard our neighbors.

I was charged over $600 for what ended up being a 1 night stay. I was traveling for business and found this properties reviews and photos to be agreeable. I thought the price was high, but hoped the experience would match the price point. It did not. ||On arrival, I checked into a room with 2 beds. One of the beds looked like someone had just pulled the covers up over the dirty sheets, so I pulled them back and found many hairs from other guests, as well as unclean sheets. I pulled back the sheets on the other bed and found the same. There was food on the floor, the toilet was dirty, and the bathtub was unusable. It was clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned, because it hadn’t been restocked with amenities. I went to the front desk and asked for a new set of sheets and to show him what I

I was just here overnight but I loved it! It’s not “luxury” but is very clean and comfortable, I felt very much at home during the quick stay. Beds are fine, there was a desk, mini-fridge with separate freezer section, microwave, etc. I didn’t deal with any staff directly but they seem friendly going by some notes left. I felt bad that I never have cash to leave for the cleaning staff and I left a note that maybe management could set up a Venmo for those of us who just don’t have that on us, and/or maybe a slip to write in a dollar amount and check off “Please charge my credit card on file.”

Have stayed here multiple times and was a great place to spend the night, it’s quiet and has some good restaurants near by! The front desk was very nice and helpful would stay here again!

This is a motel. It is good for a nights sleep with comfortable beds. It’s nothing fancy but meets your basic needs. Has a refrigerator, microwave. NO POOL - some photos online show a pool. The owners are very good people and their manager Patrick is very personable!
