Hilltop Motel

Gene and Jean are great! What should have been a one night stay for me turned into a 7 week stay when the apartment I thought I had secured was given away! The owners worked with me until I found a place! They are great! The rooms need some updating but are modern, the wifi could be better but hey it's free so who could complain about that! What really sets this place apart is the owners, they really care! I highly recommend!

I was looking for a place in Newport and called to check on pet policy. I specifically asked if cats were allowed as we were traveling with ours. The response was "Oh my God no!". Very rude throughout the entire conversation. These are service animals and had she not literally hung up on me I would have mentioned it. I can't imagine what it must be like to stay there!

We've stayed here a couple of times. The rates are great, rooms are pretty small but all we really needed was a place to lay our heads while we explored the area after purchasing land in a near by town. There may be new owners as it had been up for sale. I would suggest this place to others.

I Have stayed here FOR ALMOST 4 years & within the last year New landlords have taken over and are succeeding well...rent is very fair for,, free electricity , hot water , heat , t.v. with lot's of Chan & WiFi aswell...Luke & nioma are there names "owners"...

i never felt so welcomed and the rooms are warm and cozy the owners are so friendly and the prices are great and it is right there in town where everything is I love the place it is close to where I work and they make you feel like u are a guest I always depend on them and they always come thru with your lodging needs.the owners keep the driveway clean and safe.i would tell anybody to stay there they always are so friendly to greet you.
