North Winds Lodge, LLC

Room was very tidy and cozy. Check in was quick and painless, great customer service. Clearly a well maintained and ran family establishment.

The stay was exceptional with everything being perfect for our stay. The only thing that needs improvement is putting more pillows on the bed. Don't hesitate to stop and stay. The owner was very pleasant and should be very proud of her motel as it was very clean and neat.

We stayed in Room #30 the night of 9/19/23. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The owners/staff were very kind and polite. The only complaint we had was that the toilet did not flush properly. We requested service and they very promptly sent someone to the room to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, there was/is a deeper issue with the plumbing as the toilet seemed to only flush properly after given an hour or so between flushes. We also noticed that the drain in the tub/shower did not drain properly as the water became 3-4 inches deep by the time I completed my shower. All this being said, we would stay there again if passing through the area.

We rode into town (Harley Davidson) and the Convention Center and Lodge were booked and recommended the North Winds. What a great recommendation, Very Clean, Comfortable, older but you could tell the pride of ownership that is displayed in the care and upkeep of the rooms. Great Value, We will be back on our next trip thru.
